Simultaneously, we commemorated Hindi Diwas, recognizing the day Hindi became our official language. Our young learners enthusiastically participated in the "Nanhe Kavi Competition," showcasing their expressive talents. Additionally, they initiated a "Read to Lead" drive, empowering illiterate individuals in our community. The competition's exciting rounds, including spelling challenges, recognized outstanding participants. We extend our gratitude to all participants, teachers, and supporters for contributing to this inspiring event, furthering the cause of literacy and education within our community.

Today on 19th July, students and teachers of TCO1 came together to commemorate Nelson Mandela Day, embracing his values of peace, equality, and community service. The special assembly was a heartfelt tribute to Mandela's enduring impact. Our students engaged in various service projects, they cleaned up the neighbourhood, planted trees, brought joy to local seniors, and donated to underprivileged children. In the spirit of Ubuntu, (an ancient African word meaning 'humanity to others') organised a poster-making competition, where children beautifully portrayed oneness and love among all. The school organised a special assembly for toddlers to honour their mothers and express their love and gratitude through songs, dance, and other activities. The students also spent quality time with their mothers by being involved in a photo frame making activity. The event celebrated the beauty of motherhood, including the charm, beauty, and flaws of being a mother. The bond of love shared between kids and mothers was honoured and celebrated, as it is considered the sweetest gift given by God.
